French Style Soft Ripened Plant-based Wheel

It’s shea butter combined with truffle and miso that give this plant-based
matured ‘brie’ its distinctive creamy, nutty and earthy flavour. It has a thin
white bloomy rind and a firm creamy melt-in-the-mouth texture that’s easy
to slice and cube. Serve this either cold in salads, toasted in paninis or
melted into classic sauces, just like its dairy equivalent.
