Returns & Exchanges
At Vegetarian Express, we strive to provide the freshest plant-based ingredients; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items to initiate the return process.
- 2.Approval & Labeling
Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for non-perishable dry goods.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our distribution center.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
