We’ve finally found it… a plant-based liquid egg that is so good we just had to add it to our Larder. Easy to use and perfect for all meal occasions, it’s a real game changer for foodservice. No additional seasoning is needed, all we recommend is adding a little plant-based butter and cream for extra richness (if wanted!) they also pair well with some chopped chives.
Delivered frozen, simply defrost and it’s ready to go.
