Pulled jackfruit bound by a fiery sriracha sauce made with ginger, cloves and red chillies. Defrost overnight in the fridge and use within 3 days.
Before opening (frozen): Store frozen at minus 18°C or colder. Before opening (chilled): Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted keep refrigerated 0 to 5°C and use within 14 days. Once opened: Keep refrigerated 0 to 5°C and use within 3 days.
Cooking instructions: Serve hot or cold. To serve hot: Hob: (4 – 5 mins per 400g serving). Remove from packaging. Place in saucepan. Heat until piping hot. Stir occasionally; do not boil.
